An opportunity to perform with an all-professional musician Boston International Symphony Orchestra
The Boston International Symphony Orchestra (BISO) is offering select musicians an exciting internship, an opportunity to perform side-by-side with professional musicians in a critically acclaimed project "Boston New Year Grand Musical Night," as part of the BISO's music academy.
This unique program will be led by renowned conductor Jorge Soto, who conducts many prestigious ensembles, including the Boston Symphony Chamber Players, the Boston Pops and the United Nations Orchestra at Carnegie Hall.
Audition I: Submit one of your recent performance videos, either solo or ensemble with one year. Free of charge.
Audition II: Invited-only audition in-person with the conductor and management team, audition date is to be notified, and tuition applies if accepted.
Masterclasses: 2 masterclasses with the conductor or music director.
Rehearsals: 2 full orchestra rehearsals before the concert, January 2026.
Performance: Boston New Year Grand Musical Night, on January 24, 2026.
Venue: Cary Hall, Lexington, MA
